Regional Sales Director Northeast

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director Northeast to join our team in this dynamic field-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, coach and develop Distributor Sales partners across the Sales Region: Northeast.
- Develop sales strategies and execute sales plans to drive regional sales performance with the objective to meet or exceed revenue, growth and profitability targets.
- Have experience and proficiency supporting spine implants in the operating room and be willing to do so for icotec products.
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company strategy and product launch priorities.
- Budget responsibility for Territory (planning, controlling, reporting).
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, hospital administrators and health systems.
- Analyze sales data, pipeline activity and market trends to inform decision making and resource allocation.
- Represent the company as required, including attendance at important functions, industry events and public meetings; employee will be required for Company back-up on occasion to assist outside of the Territory.
- Ensure service/quality reporting and training for Hospitals and distribution of Company goods.
- Perform all other duties as reasonably may be directed by the VP Sales.
- Collaborate with internal icotec Marketing, Education and Sales Team members to further develop and cultivate awareness of icotec and product offerings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 8-10 + years of medical device sales experience, at least 5 years of which are spine surgery.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in the field.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Northeast and nationally for Society and company meetings (60-75%)
