As HR Business Partner at icotec, you will act as a trusted advisor and key contributor to our international HR strategy. Supporting teams across the U.S. and Switzerland you will drive a variety of HR initiatives, from recruiting and talent management to digital transformation projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape the employee experience in a growing, global organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and candidate management for selected specialist and leadership positions across the U.S. and Switzerland.
  • Actively contribute to employer branding by developing and implementing creative strategies to position icotec as an employer of choice.
  • Identify and apply current HR trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative practices into the organization.
  • Design, implement, and support performance and talent management processes in close collaboration with leadership teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to supervisors and employees in both strategic and operational HR matters, with a focus on international and U.S. topics.
  • Play a central role in the digitalization of HR processes and the development of modern, efficient HR structures.
  • Contribute to HR projects and drive the continuous development of icotec’s HR services and presence. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced HR education or certifications preferred.
  • Several years of professional HR experience in a comparable role, in an international environment.
  • Strong presence and ability to consult with supervisors at eye level, confidently navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Creative and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to develop innovative approaches within existing frameworks.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and openness to working with digital HR tools.

 

This is a full-time, hybrid role (requiring regular office presence) for candidates located in the Greater Boston area.
