What awaits you:

 

Leadership and Customer Service

  • Lead and develop our customer service team, addressing escalations and ensuring resource planning, training, and annual reviews.
  • Maintain U.S. operating hours, coordinate with global leaders, and implement SOPs to standardize processes.
  • Establish performance metrics and oversee training for internal and external partners.

 

Logistics and Inventory Management

  • Manage logistics, including warehousing, distribution, and inventory control, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs while monitoring transport and depot performance.
  • Oversee inventory processes, exchanges, spare parts management, and set distribution, ensuring QMS compliance and accurate ERP data.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.

  • Proven experience in process improvement and 3PL management.

  • Proficiency in logistics software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare logistics.

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus.

  • Office-based role with occasional travel to warehouses, 3PL sites, and customer locations as needed.
