What awaits you:

Liaison Role: Serve as the point of contact between sales directors, logistics companies, and distributors.

Order Management: Handle order processing and data entry.

Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory procurement and tracking.

Sales Assistance: Provide internal and external sales support.

Logistics Coordination: Oversee shipping and logistics activities.

Office Support: Assist with additional office tasks and special projects.
Requirements:

College degree preferred.
-
Exposure to the medical technology industry preferred.

Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.

Experience with Microsoft AX and/or WebOps is a plus.

Ability to work independently within the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM, with flexible availability, including occasional weekends. This is a fully in-office position.
