As a Product Manager at icotec, you will play a pivotal role in steering our product portfolio's strategic direction and supporting sales and marketing efforts. You will act as a bridge between market needs and internal icotec divisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Expertise: Provide portfolio and product expertise to support the sales and marketing organization in scientific, clinical, and educational applications of the icotec implant and instrument portfolio. Support sales teams and distributors by providing expertise on product usage, surgical procedures, and patient care, including radiation therapy.

Technical Support: Act as a clinical expert to address technical questions from surgeons, radiation oncologists, and other stakeholders. Provide support during surgeries as a specialist in product usage and assist surgeons or staff in instrument handling.

Education & Training: Deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences and represent icotec as a product expert and technical specialist at congresses and fairs. Develop and execute training programs for icotec employees, sales agents, distributors, and hospital staff.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal divisions at icotec on product and therapy development initiatives and the marketing and sales-related aspects of product launches. Evaluate feedback and complaints with internal departments.
Requirements:

Education and Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing in the medical technology field, preferably in spinal surgery, radiation therapy, or oncology. A degree in economics, engineering, medicine, or similar is preferred; additional business training is a plus.

Communication and Analytical Skills: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving positive outcomes.

Initiative and Flexible Personality: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Flexibility to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Travel: Willing to travel up to 25% for training sessions, customer interactions, and industry events.
